5 star Well deserved. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've been searching for job for months, one day I've stumbled across their website, called it just to give it a shot. Beata was so nice. Once registration was successful she was able to fine me a job on the very next day. I was interviewed by a family and they decided to hired me. Beata was such a find! We googled ‘Nanny Agencies in Richmond’ and went on the basis of these google reviews. We also contacted the renowned agencies mentioned in the FT, etc. Beata was hands down by far the better agent - she helped us with every stage of the search, not just in the vetting and organisation side, but also navigating the ‘unwritten’ side of the industry - we were first time nanny employers and she was great at discretely and thoughtfully helping us navigate the various pros / cons / decisions, etc. She has also got real local area knowledge - she knows many of the active nannies from years of working in the area and this was very helpful when trying to work out what would be right for our family.
Ultimately Beata helped us find a fantastic nanny who has settled in well and we were very grateful for her help.
