Our Recruiting Procedures Explained

To enable us to find you the best possible employment, where you would be appreciated for your qualifications, skills, experience and professionalism. We will ask you to fill simple initial registration form, after that we will email you full form to complete to find out all your capabilities and expectations and ask you to email us copy of some documents. Then we will organize personal interview with you at convenient time to chat in detail, discuss your completed form and confirm authenticity ID and documents listed below. Last stage of registration is successful confirmation of your refences with former employers and we are ready to promote you for the suitable positions with confidence that we know and match Family and Your expectations and compatibility as much as possible.

Copies of documents to be emailed prior the interview:

  • CV (up to date)
  • One Passport Photo
  • Passport
  • National Insurance Number
  • Birth certificate (in case you don’t have a passport)
  • Driving licence (if you have one)
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (up to date)
  • First Aid certificate (paediatric, up to date)
  • Two proofs of address within the last 3 months (utility bills, bank statement)
  • At least two checkable written nanny references and details for verbal references
  • Work permits/visas (if you are not UK/EU National you need to bring document confirming your right to work in UK)
  • Certificate of qualifications
  • Ofsted registration certificate (if you have one)
  • Nanny insurance (if you have one)
  • Certificates of additional courses attended
  • Printed and completed registration form

Please note that to be our Candidate you need to be at least 21 years old and have a minimum two years of experience in childcare as the Nanny if you apply for Nanny position!
