Proccess of recruiting our Candidates - Explained

All Candidates after initial online registration will be send full registration form and invited for the personal interview where we expect them to provide the following documents:

  • CV (up to date)
  • One Passport Photo
  • Passport
  • National Insurance Number
  • Birth certificate (in case you don’t have a passport)
  • Driving licence (if you have one)
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (up to date)
  • First Aid certificate (paediatric, up to date)
  • Two proofs of address within the last 3 months (utility bills, bank statement)
  • At least two checkable written nanny references and details for verbal references
  • Work permits/visas (if you are not UK/EU National you need to bring document confirming your right to work in UK)
  • Certificate of qualifications
  • Ofsted registration certificate (if you have one)
  • Nanny insurance (if you have one)
  • Certificates of additional courses attended
  • Printed and completed registration form

After successfully completing interview, verifying authenticity of all documents and running reference check we enlist Candidate in our database. Resulting broad knowledge of the Candidate based on the documents provided, interview and information from extensive registration form including extra questions, we are quite happy to offer matching Candidate for interview with the Parents, confident that our work saves Parents/Family lots of time and stress.
